Delivery & Returns


All our collars and Leads are handmade to order and will normally be dispatched within 7 working days.

Personalised blankets will normally be dispatched within 7-10 working days, except during busy periods in which case we will notify you by email of an expected delivery date.

Costs:- UK Delivery

Items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class (standard) or 2nd class + Postage & packing and are calculated by weight at he checkout.

Example: Collar or Lead. . .1st Class (standard)  £2.50 

Collar & Lead together. . .1st Class (standard)  £3.50 

Fleece Blankets. . . . . . .  1st Class (standard)  £4.00 

If multiple items are ordered together, postage cost is calculated on weight and will be shown at the checkout.

Costs:- Worldwide Delivery

You can choose your Items to be sent by Royal Mail 1st class (standard) or Tracked & Signed + Postage & packing Prices are calculated by weight.  


Please check your order confirmation email.  If any of the details are incorrect please notify us immediately.

We hope you're happy with your purchase, but if in the unlikely event you should change your mind, you have the right to return an item within 14 days from delivery, provided it has not been worn or used and is in the same perfect condition it was sent.  

We are unable to accept any item that has been used or damaged.

You must return the item within 14 days of delivery. In this instance we will refund the cost of the item minus postage and packing costs. Please contact us first before returning an item.  Return costs are your responsibility.

Please note:- All bespoke items eg. Personalised ID Collars etc. unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged, so please be sure to enter any details you wish to be displayed, correctly, and check before placing your order to avoid any disappointment later.

We may sometimes share your details with third parties, such as sharing your delivery address with a courier service, so they can get your order to you; or sharing your information with a payment service to prevent and detect fraud. This is never done without your permission. We won't ever use your data in a way that isn't already outlined in the permissions you've given us. - We take your privacy seriously and won't sell your personal data. Ever. 

How we look after it:- 

We have dedicated secure servers for your personal data. These are shrouded in multiple layers of security to keep all of your details safe. 

Your rights:-
