Delivery

All our collars and Leads are handmade to order and will normally be dispatched within 4 working days, except during busy periods in which case we will notify you by email of an expected delivery date.

All Fleece blankets are also handmade to order, and will normally be dispatched within 7 working days, except during busy periods in which case we will notify you by email of an expected delivery date.

Costs:- UK Delivery

All items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class or 2nd class Tracked. Postage & packing and are calculated by weight at the checkout.

Postage costs currently start from £2.85 for 2nd Class

If multiple items are ordered together, postage cost is calculated on weight and will be shown at the checkout.

Returns

At Maddy Paws, every item is handmade to order with care and attention.

Change-of-mind returns

For items that are eligible for cancellation under consumer law, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item. Customers are responsible for return postage.

Personalised and custom made items

Items made to the customer's specific measurements or personalised to their requirements may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, so please be sure to enter any details you wish to be dispayed correctly, and check before placing your order to avoid any disappointment later

Faulty items

If your order arrives and is found to be faulty or is not as described, please contact us so we can put it right. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
